Dr Nicholas Matragkas is a lecturer in the School of Engineering and Computer Science where he teaches and researches software engineering.

His research falls into the broad area of systems and software engineering and he is a member of the Dependable Intelligent Systems research group.

Dr Matragkas was previously a research associate at the University of York where he received his PhD in Computer Science, under the supervision of Richard Paige and Kiran Fernandes, in 2011.
