The Information and Communication Technology Department (ICTD) is committed to supporting, improving and transforming the way ICT is used across the University of Hull.

The ICT Service Desk is the first point of contact for all IT related queries. The Service Desk staff have a broad range of knowledge which enables them to provide a speedy response to the majority of requests.

The staff in the ICT Department are specialists in their fields and strive to ensure IT services are reliable, resilient and secure.
