Future prospects

This programme equips you with the skills and competence to promote and improve health, safety and environmental performance in the workplace.

Many employers specify the NEBOSH Diploma as a minimum requirement for the person entrusted to advise them competently on health and safety. At this level, job opportunities are broad, offering great challenges to those seeking to develop a career in a demanding and developing profession.

The programme leads to a professional qualification that satisfies the academic requirements for graduate membership of the recognised professional body in the field – the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) – which in turn leads to chartered membership.

Holding the BSc degree qualification in addition to the NEBOSH Diploma will enhance your employment prospects in this challenging and developing profession.
