These policies include :-

Guidelines for the proper use of computer facilities and services

Regulations Governing the Proper Use of University Computer Facilities and Services

Regulations governing the connection of devices to the University
network

Suggestions & Complaints Procedure

Service Review

ICT constantly reviews it's performance and has several mechanisms in place for performing these reviews and involving its customers in the review process.  The service review mechanisms include:

IT User Group

Representatives from faculties meet on a quarterly basis with ICT to discuss service issues, future policies and strategies.

Service Catalogues and Service Definitions

ICT have created a comprehensive list of the services they have on offer and have made them available in a series of service catalogues within this website.

Monthly Service Review Meetings

A service review group meets on a monthly basis with a mission to ‘review issues affecting the performance or the perceived performance of ICT with particular regard to issues of customer satisfaction and concern.’
