Electronic journals

The library has subscriptions to over 14,000 full-text electronic journals from a variety of commercial services. Most of the journals are made available as a result of print subscriptions or are part of a site licence agreement and are licensed for University of Hull users only.

For up-to-date information about the electronic journals we have access to please use the A-Z list or subject listings below. To view fulltext you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine.

Current awareness services

To access electronic journals: The majority of electronic journals on-campus can be seamlessly accessed from your PC. However some titles may need an Athens or generic username and password, particularly if you are working off-campus.

• Electronic journals from these marked resources require Athens
• Several electronic journal titles require a generic username and password.
• Where publishers have not provided a username and password it will be possible to access these journal titles via the proxy server.
