The basic reasoning behind Marketing is that in order to
succeed, a business provides its customers with a product/service
that satisfies their needs, in exchange for something of value. In
order to do this, businesses must constantly assess their
customer’s requirements and do their best to understand and meet
these. Marketing can encompass many more activities than people
realise.
