Welcome to the University Quality Office website. The aim of the site is to provide an introduction to the University Quality Office (UQO), including who we are and our role.

An important part of our role is the publishing of the University's Quality Handbook. This Handbook brings together those regulations and codes of practice which together comprise the University's Quality and Standards Framework. While the Handbook represents the formal expression of the University's expectations we also publish a range of additional information designed to make the Framework more accessible to all types of staff, including information tailored for specific role players (e.g. heads of departments, programme developers, chairs of unfair means panels).
