Free Electives

The Free Electives scheme is one of the ways that the University of Hull delivers on its promise to be student centred.

Students on most undergraduate programmes can choose one Free Elective module per year. You can choose a module from any department, and as in any other module, your achievements in the second and third years of your degree count towards your final degree classification.

Third-year (or final-stage) students cannot choose a level-4 module, except for the Passport languages modules which are available to all students including finalists.

This site aims to answer the following questions;

You can view all Free Elective modules as an A to Z Index, by Department, by level or theme.
