staff with the publicationsThe Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences held a shared book launch and drinks party at Waterstone’s on the Hull campus on Wednesday 18 November. The Dean, Professor George Talbot, welcomed colleagues and congratulated them on an impressive display of publications. About thirty-five monographs published by staff in the Faculty over the last two years were displayed in the shop, and then briefly in the East Reading Room in the Wilberforce Building for members of Council to view.  The display has now been removed, but we hope to stage similar events again to celebrate our colleagues’ achievements.
