Brussels Hull Internship Programme - One Semester

If your area of interest is in European Government, political economy, strategic studies, or international relations we are now offering a One Semester Internship with an MEP at the European Parliament in Brussels. All our single honours undergraduate students can now apply for the chance to spend the first semester of their third year on a Brussels internship.

Students who apply are interviewed and selected on the basis not only of their academic record, but also on their aptitude, commitment to their programme of study, prior research of MEPs and knowledge of the European Parliament, academic references and their overall presentation throughout the interview. Students are selected in absolute terms and not comparatively, so if you are good enough you will be given a placement.

Internships are entirely optional, but they are fully integrated into our assessment structure - so you will receive full credit for the work you do and still complete your degree within three years.
