The Logistics Insitute contributes to the local and regional community through a range of activities.

Economic regeneration

The Institute has a strong track record of contributing to the economic regeneration of the Humber region and helping companies to create greener, leaner and more cost-effective supply chains nationally and internationally.

Logistics for schools

We work with schools and training providers to promote logistics as a career to school leavers and young people.

Professional bodies

We work with professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Tranport (CILT), Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) to promote the industry and develop new thinking.
