Strategic supply chain management

The pace and impact of change in the current business environment means that it is vital that senior managers and directors manage their supply chain closer than ever.

This three-day programme is designed to enable participants to understand the principles on which sustainable and enduring competitive advantage can be achieved through supply chain excellence. The programme is case study based and encourages participants to explore how the ideas presented can be applied to individual organisations.
