The University of Hull remains strongly committed to the provision of sustainable lifelong learning opportunities for adult learners.

The University Senate on 01 February 2012 confirmed the in principle decision to suspend recruitment to the University Foundation Award programme as from 01 August 2012.

Those students who would like to complete a 60 credit UFA award are strongly encouraged to work towards completion before July 2012. Please contact the Centre for Lifelong Learning if you need support in planning your study with the aim of completing the 60 credit award before August 2012.

Where possible, provision will also be made to support students in completing study towards a 60 credit award beyond July 2012. Please contact the Centre for Lifelong Learning if you would like to extend the opportunity to complete your award during 2012/13 and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
