University-Owned Student Houses

Usually two-storey terraced houses, next to or very close to both the Hull and Scarborough campuses, with self-contained/self-catering single-rooms. Each house accommodates between 4 to 12 students and most are mixed gender, although some offer single-sex occupancy, dependant on student preference.

Taylor Court Flats

This on-campus site comprises 288 self-contained, single study-bedrooms for use by undergraduate and postgraduate students. There are 12 ‘houses' containing 3 flats, with 8 study bedrooms per flat. Single-sex and mixed flat occupancies are available.
