Hull Arrivals Form

Scarborough Arrivals Form

If you are arriving outside of our free collection dates, please still complete the form using the options on the date selector as this enables the University to be prepared for your arrival.

If you choose to arrive at either Manchester Airport, Humberside Airport, Hull or Scarborough Train Station, or Hull Ferry Port, you will be met by one our student volunteers in a blue t-shirt. You can't miss them – they are there to help!

If you choose to travel to the University outside our preferred arrival period, please refer to our Travel Guide for further information on how to make your own way to either our Hull or Scarborough campus.

Luggage

When making plans to travel to the University, you are advised to limit your baggage to a maximum of 2 suitcases and one piece of hand luggage. Please only bring what you can carry. Please do not bring any items such as rice cookers, duvets, bedding, etc., which can easily be bought in the UK.

If you arrive with more than 2 suitcases you may be asked to make your own travel arrangements to the University.

Please also use the luggage label provided in your Travel Guide to help us identify you on your arrival.

Both the Travel Guide and luggage labels can be downloaded from this webpage.

For further advice on travelling to the University, please refer to Travel Advice.
