Loan periods

Reader loan periods

In the Brynmor Jones Library, items in the High Demand Collection (HDC) on the first floor can be borrowed for 24 hours, seven days or four weeks, whilst most books outside of the HDC, can be borrowed for eight weeks.  Some reference material may only be used in the Library.

In the Keith Donaldson Library there is no physically separate HDC so there will be three loan periods: 24 hour, seven days or four weeks.  Some reference material may only be used in the Library.

Material (excluding 24 hour loans) can be renewed online or by phone if the borrower is away from the University. 24 Hour Loans can only be renewed in person in the Library.
