SCONUL vacation access scheme

This scheme will enable you to use all libraries including those which are not members of UK Libraries Plus during the vacations for reference purposes only.

Undergraduates and postgraduates on taught courses are normally granted reference use of other university libraries free of charge during the vacations of the host university. If you request admittance to another university library, you will normally be asked to present proof of your current membership of the University of Hull. A current student card will normally be acceptable. Sometimes it may be necessary to show evidence of when your course ends; you are recommended to check with the other library as policies may differ. You are advised to telephone in advance of your visit to make sure about vacation dates, opening times and documentation required.

The SCONUL vacation access scheme does not provide for borrowing and policies on access to electronic sources of information may differ.
