There are 350 PCs available located on all floors. You use them
by entering a campus user ID and password and save your work onto
your G drive (your area of the network) or onto a USB drive.
Borrow a laptop
You can borrow a laptop free of charge from our self-service
machine in the Reading Room on the 1st floor. Laptops can be
borrowed for up to 4 hours using your student card.
Print, photocopy and scan
There are multi-function devices installed throughout the
Library. You can print to any of them using a PC, or via the Mobile
Print service (mobileprint.hull.ac.uk), as
well as being able to use them to scan and photocopy.

Use your own equipment
Wi-fi is available throughout the building and there are power
points available for you to plug in your own devices on all floors.
on connecting to the wireless network.
There are three interactive white board tables on the 7th floor
which are great for group work and practising presentations.
