Cardio-Vascular-Respiratory Division Overview

Welcome to the home page for the Division of Cardiovascular and Respiratory Studies.  The Division was formed in 2006 to provide a home for the academic and research interests in this interconnected theme.  Our objective is to enhance synergy where natural common interests allow for the proliferation of ideas, the efficient use of resources, and division wide support.  By applying this unified group structure we have been successful in enhancing external evidence of esteem, such as the Research Assessment Exercise grading and the volume of research grant income.  Internally we have progressed both undergraduate and postgraduate education with increasing student numbers and the development of short courses and higher degrees.

For further information on the research and educational opportunities within the Division of Cardiovascular and Respiratory Studies please contact Mr Wayne Sheedy, Divisional Manager at w.sheedy@hull.ac.uk.
