Gastroenterology (with Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy or Patient Care), BSc (also Graduate Diploma) part time course

Programme codes: 484842 / 484838 / 484841

This degree programme, with pathways in Upper GI Endoscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy and Patient Care, provides a framework for study which has a high degree of relevance to the field of gastroenterology, is of significant relevance to students and employers, and allows for extended learning across professional groups.

All modules are also available on a stand-alone basis as part of continuing professional development.

The programme provides opportunities to develop knowledge and understanding within gastroenterology, with or without endoscopic practice. Students from a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply, since we encourage the sharing of knowledge and expertise within an inter-professional framework. The three pathways share four core modules, and you study two modules specific to your chosen pathway
