The Centre and Professional Skills has recently been established at the University of Hull, Scarborough Campus. The centre aims to provide an effective interface with employers, other agencies and providers in the locality.

It encompasses a wide range of functions which include:

• Flexible part time adult and community learning opportunities
• Foundation degree programmes
• Support and Services for Employers
• Initiatives and support designed to make Higher Education opportunities more accessible for young people and adults
• Campus careers service
• Public lecture series
