Short Courses

The Centre for Employability and Professional Skills based on the  Scarborough Campus offers a range of short, accredited courses suitable for part-time learners returning to education or for workplace learners who want to acquire new skills . These short courses offer learners the opportunity to study and gain Higher Education Accreditation.

The University Foundation Award (UFA) programme is unique to the University of Hull. Credits can be accumulated and used to gain access to Foundation Degree and undergraduate programmes if desired. The UFA puts you in control of how and what you want to study and provides you with the freedom and flexibility to explore a number of subject areas.

Students returning to education are highly valued by the University of Hull and at the Scarborough Campus we are committed to continuing this tradition.  There is something for everyone, with a variety of study options. Full-time and part-time programmes are available with flexible entry requirements and there are a range of support mechanisms available to help you succeed.
