Biological Sciences is an active, focused department that is at the forefront of many exciting fields in biology. Over the last decade it has developed an international reputation in Biomedical Science, Evolutionary Biology and Functional Ecology, in addition to our long term strengths in Fisheries management and Estuarine and coastal studies.
