Oliver was selected from over 100 applicants, and will be paired with Kester Scrope, CEO of Odgers Berndtson. Record First Year! Computer Science at Hull have welcomed a record number of undergraduate students, with over 300 students across the five degree themes offered. The research into medical systems is concerned with the development of novel solutions for the planning and delivery of treatment as well as the training of the clinicians. This applied research is underpinned by core computer science research in the areas of virtual environments and image processing. Immersive VERT is currently used by 10 universities and the Department of Health recently funded a rollout to over 40 sites in England.
