Open Days
There are a number of opportunities throughout the year where
you can get a first-hand impression of what it is like to study
Psychology at the University of Hull.
Open Days
Open Days are intended for people who are considering applying
to study. You will have the chance to speak to members of staff,
listen to departmental presentations and ask any questions you may
have about studying Psychology with us. We will also provide advice
about admissions, money matters and accommodation, as well as
guided campus and city tours.
The next Open Days will be held on:
- Saturday 29 June 2013
- Saturday 14 September 2013
- Saturday 12 October 2013

Applicant Days
Applicant Days are aimed at those who have already applied to
study Psychology at the University of Hull. You will have the
chance to gain an in-depth view of what we offer, to help you make
an informed final decision on where you want to study. An Applicant
Day is a full day event with the university organising activities
in the morning. In the afternoon you can see a presentation about
the department, have a chance to participate in psychology-related
activities, and meet members of staff.
For programmes starting in September 2014, the next Applicant
Days will be announced nearer to the time

Visit Days
Visit days are for those applicants who could not make it to one
of our applicant days. On these days you will have the
opportunity to attend a campus tour and speak to a member of staff
from the Department of Psychology.
If you have applied to study with us, but have not been able to
attend one of our applicant days, you will automatically receive an
invitation to a visit day. However, to gain the greatest insight
into studying Psychology at the University of Hull, we recommend
that you attend one of the applicant days.
For programmes starting in September 2013, the next Visit Days
be held on
- Wed 24 April
- Wed 1 May
- Wed 12 June
- Wed 17 July
- Wed 31 July
