This page lists interesting files for you to download. We will be offering recordings from our Research Seminar Series together with associated presentation files. Audio files will be presented in .m4a format which can be played in iTunes. Presentation files will be offered as either PowerPoint files or .PDF files.

Titled 'Exercise and the heart: can you have too much of a good thing?', Dr Shave outlined the effects of prolonged exercise, such as marathon running, on the functioning of the heart and associated markers.
  • Dr Ross Smith 5 Nov 2008 (audio ~ 20 Mb): On November 5, Dr Ross Smith from the Australian Catholic University, presented a comparison of Australia's Olympic achievements versus Britain's Olympic achievements over the past 12 years.
