Booking a place at our events

  • Prior booking necessary for most events on campus. Book a place via your Careers account.  Go to 'Register and log in' to create a Careers account, then follow the instructions to search events and book a place. You can usually book a place up to 3 hours before the event, subject to availability.
  • Please note that you have to register separately for a careers account - you do not automatically register when you register as a student.  You can use a personal e-mail address and continue to access your account beyond the end of your course for jobs, placements and events.
  • Events may be cancelled if insufficient places booked and, in the event of cancellation, we will only inform those, who have booked a place.
  • Please cancel your place or let us know if you can no longer attend. Regular failures to attend and to cancel your attendance may lead to your exclusion from future events.
  • Let us know in advance if, due to a disability, you require us to make any necessary adjustments for you to attend.
  • Most events are restricted to University of Hull students and alumni. Students of any year and postgraduates are welcome to attend.
  • By attending an event you consent to the possibility of your photo being taken and used by Careers, Entrepreneurship & Study Abroad for promotional purposes in any media.
