Diversity

Diversity values people as individuals. Having a diverse
workforce is not only good for social and moral reasons, but is
also good for business, as it is more likely to reflect our diverse
society and the diversity of consumers. Furthermore, a
diverse workforce can bring a wider range of ideas and
innovations to business.
Many graduate employers are keen to recruit students and
graduates from diverse groups, and there are specific initiatives
and events, such as careers fairs for LGBT students and careers
events and work experience opportunities for students with
disabilities.
