Your feedback is really valuable to us as it helps us to improve
our services. Here are just a few of the ways we've been able
to make changes and provide a better service as
a result of your comments.
A new and improved loyalty scheme

rewards us for every hot drink we buy, not just for
Not only have we changed our scheme to give you a stamp for each
hot drink you buy, we've gone a step further and
reduced the number of drinks you need to purchase in order to
claim your free one.
We've rolled out similar changes to our loyalty scheme at the
Myton Servery too, meaning you only need to buy 9 hot meals in
order to get one for free!
"The queues are too long during peak times."
We've increased staffing levels over lunch and
trained our teams how to manage queues more
effectively. A lot of the delays were caused by staff having
to make sandwiches to order. Our fantastic team of
chefs now make all of our sandwiches fresh each
morning so they're ready for you to enjoy at lunch time.
We've also introduced YoYo Wallet, a
cashless payment system, to help speed things up at the

We now offer six different sandwich fillings which
change on a six week rotation. We've also introduced a new
range of salads, desserts and homemade cakes which will be revised
Our Eat Better range of sandwiches provides a wider range of
healthy options and we now stock a fantastic range of
drinks called Savse which are made from fruit and vegetables,
are low in calories and count as 2 of your 5 a day.

to know what's on offer before going for lunch to help us
decide where to go."
We set up a Twitter account, @hullunifoodie,
and tweet each day about the menu in the Myton Servery,
our soups of the day and our hot jacket potato
fillings. You need never miss out on your favourite dish again!

Finally, we created this new website so you can see our full menus for each outlet and we
installed a screen by the entrance of the Myton
Servery so you can see what's on the menu before queuing
