Disability Tutors
What is a Disability Tutor?
Each academic department in the University has a specific member
of academic staff with responsibility for supporting students with
a disability. They act as a link between Disability Services and
their own department, having both specific experience within their
discipline as well as some knowledge in the field of
disability.
Who is my Disability Tutor?
All the Disability Tutors are listed by their Department on this
website (click to open the list of Disability Tutors in Hull or Disability Tutors in
Scarborough) and they will normally be advertised within your
department. If in doubt you can always ask your Academic
Supervisior, Departmental Office or by contacting Disability
Services.
What if I have a problem with my Disability Tutor?
Contact Disability Services and make an appointment with either
the Disability Officer or one of the Disability Coordinators to
discuss it.
