All Students who have a disability that may affect their evacuation from a building must complete and return a Personal Emergency Evacuation Questionnaire (PEEQ).
The questionnaire helps us to gather the information that we need to ensure you can evacuate safely from our buildings in the case of an emergency and helps us to complete a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan for you.
