Graduating in Absentia
If you decide not to attend the ceremony it is still important
to return your graduation reply form to confirm your intention to
graduate in absentia and provide us with an address for posting
your certificate.
If we do not receive a reply your award will automatically be
conferred in your absence and the certificate posted to your last
registered home address.
Certificates will be sent out after the graduation
ceremonies.
If you wish to collect your certificate rather than have it
posted to you - you will also need to complete a certificatecollectionform
at least three weeks before the ceremony.
Please bring some form of personal identification when
collecting the certificate, or if authorising someone to collect it
on your behalf they must produce some personal identification and a
letter of authorisation from you.
Certificates will only be available for collection from
the Customer Service Desk, 2nd floor, University House following
the graduation ceremonies and will not be available for collection
before the ceremony is held.
