The most important thing that you need to organise straight away is hiring your academic gown, hood and hat. You should call Ede & Ravenscroft, the robe hire company, as soon as possible on 01223 861854.

The latest date for ordering your academic dress is 15 June 2012. You will need to provide details of the date of your ceremony, the type of award you are receiving (Bachelor, Master, Doctor, etc) and some basic measurements to ensure that you have the correct size gown and hat.
