Head Leasing Services

The Head Leasing service at the University provides accommodation for students in privately-owned properties, which are managed by the University on behalf of the landlord.

Head Leasing forms part of the Accommodation Office, and currently offers 307, single-rooms in houses accommodating between 2-8 students, but usually in groups of 4-6, in the student area within a mile of the University.

What are the features?

• All properties have separate kitchens and common rooms.
• Properties are fully furnished and have central heating.
• All premises are alarmed and fitted with smoke detectors, and hold current gas and electric safety certificates.
• Basic personal possessions insurance is included and can be extended for an additional fee.
• University Accommodation Office staff are on 24 hour callout for emergencies.

Weekly Rent?

Typical weekly rents start at £56 (excluding utility bills).

All inclusive rents, starting at £76 are available on selected properties.

Saturday 24 September 2011 - Friday 20 July 2012 (inclusive).
