The University can supply transcripts to any current or past
student upon request. The transcript is an official, stamped and
sealed document, which outlines for an individual student the dates
of attendance, and all of the courses and results obtained during
the student's time at University.
How to obtain a
Please download the appropriate form (Word
format) from below and return it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
When we receive the form, we will create a
transcript and send the required number of copies out to you. Due
to the difficulty in searching information (particularly for
students who graduated before 1995), it may take up to 2 weeks to
supply the transcript.
For past students, there is an administrative
charge for this service. The charges are currently :
- £10 for the first copy of the transcript
- £3 for each additional copy
- There is an additional charge of £5 for pre-1997 graduates, to
reflect the extra work involved in collating the information.
