Loans and Hardship

If you have not received your full entitlement to student funding and are in financial difficulties please contact us at Student Support Services, 01482 462020 or come to the Information Point on the 3rd floor of the Students Union.  Hull University Union Advice Centre can also help, 01482 466263, also on the 3rd floor of the Students Union.

The Loans and Hardship team are able to give advice on student funding, as well as administering the Access to Learning Fund, a hardship fund which can help students in financial difficulties. They can also provide eligible students with Short Term Loans. More information can be found via the links on the left. The ALF opens on Monday 10 October 2011.

Hull Campus

The Loans and Hardship Team are located in Student Support Services on the top floor of the Students' Union. They are open 9:00am - 5:00pm (4:00pm on Fridays) and can be contacted on 01482 462020 or email alf@hull.ac.uk.

Scarborough Campus

Scarborough students should contact Hilary Jellie on 01723 357301 or email h.m.jellie@hull.ac.uk. Appointments can be made by calling at the Student Support Office, Room C1, Scaborough Campus (01723 357311).
