Enjoy a rich and diverse experience at the ‘friendly
university’!
Long after graduation, the friendships formed at the
University of Hull continue... we were voted the U.K.’s Friendliest
University in 2006 by Friends Reunited!
This friendly atmosphere extends into making students like you
feel completely at ease and welcome for the duration of your
studies with us.
What can I expect?
You’ll be joining a cosmopolitan community in a diverse, creative,
and supportive environment – we’ll make sure you settle in straight
away.
What’s study like?
The variety of courses and qualifications on offer give you the
chance to develop your career from school, or update existing
skills. You’ll have access to excellent academic staff, plus
first-class facilities, accommodation and student advice.
Hull Campus – the integrated university
facilities are conveniently located on one campus, just 2 miles
from the centre of Hull City’s thriving heart, making it easy to
mix with students on different courses
Scarborough
Campus – smaller and more personal than Hull,
Scarborough is ideal for students who prefer a quieter, more
laid-back lifestyle
And when I’m not studying?
The Students’ Union organises plenty of activities to take part in,
not to mention the invigorating nightlife! Take the time to
discover Hull and Scarborough’s attractions – you’ll be pleasantly
surprised.
Where can I stay?
University
accommodation is located on campus or nearby. Living in a hall
of residence is a great way to meet people and make friends in your
first year. There’s also plenty of private-sector accommodation
available.
