Building for the future
Since opening its doors back in 1928, the University of Hull
has been committed to providing students with first-class
facilities and an ideal environment in which to live and learn. And
we are continuing to do so.
The University has started a £27.4m project to dramatically
improve and modernise its Brynmor Jones Library, located on the
Hull campus. The redevelopment will transform the building inside
and out, creating a stunning new focal point for students, staff,

Work has also been completed on a new biomedical
research facility at the University, made possible by a £1.5
