Stephen is a lecturer in the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management subject group and a member of the Organisation, Ethics and Society research group. Before joining Hull University Business School in 2014, he was a lecturer at Lancaster University (having completed his PhD there in 2012). Prior to his academic career, he held roles at a range of organisations from new business start-ups to large international companies.
